David is a partner and Senior Vice-President of Campbell, Saunders Ltd. David is a Chartered Accountant, a licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy, and a general member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals.

David manages Campbell, Saunders corporate practice and has practiced exclusively in the area of insolvency and restructuring since 1981. David has focused his career on restructuring insolvent businesses and has acted extensively as Trustee under commercial proposals under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. David also has extensive experience in reorganizations under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, and was recently the Monitor of two major restructurings with assets in excess of $90 million. David’s twenty-year career has also included numerous appointments as Trustee in Bankruptcy, privately and Court appointed Receiver Manager, and Court Appointed Judicial Trustee.

David’s practical and innovative approach to dealing with problems and negotiating with stakeholders, has assisted countless insolvent companies to successfully restructure and return to financial viability.
