Update: Hon's Wun-Tun House Ltd. and Hon's Wun-Tun House (Keefer) Ltd. (collectively "Hon's") filed a Consolidated Proposal to their Creditors with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy on January 5, 2011. A copy of the Consolidated Proposal, along with a Proof of Claim form, Voting Letter and instructions for completing both, was mailed to creditors on January 13, 2011.
There will be a Creditor's Meeting held to vote on the Consolidated Proposal on:
