Patty is a Vice President with Campbell Saunders Ltd. She is a Certified General Accountant, a licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy, and a general member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals. Patty’s previous business experience includes Controller for approximately ten years in the manufacturing industry, and owner of a retail business for four years.

Since joining Campbell, Saunders in 1999, she has been involved in a wide range of engagements including corporate proposals, bankruptcies, and private and Court appointed receiverships. Patty has focused on commercial restructuring, and has acted extensively as Trustee under corporate proposals and was involved for several years in successful reorganizations under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act. Patty has managed numerous insolvency engagements in a wide range of industries, including: retail, forestry, manufacturing, transportation and technology.

Patty’s professional and business background, strong technical knowledge and attention to detail have made her an integral part of our Vancouver corporate team.
